Reminder - Adverse Weather / Emergency Procedures
This is a reminder of the procedure if we are not able to open school as normal. This could be as result of extreme weather or any other unforeseen emergency which means that the site itself does not meet the necessary Health and Safety requirements (e.g. no water) Should any of these events occur we will communicate this information in the following ways:
TEXT - Please be aware that messages will start with the time the message was sent as sometimes networks can be overwhelmed. Please do not reply to these messages by text as we have no facility to receive text messages.
EMAIL – We will email longer messages. We will send a text to alert you, but often the email will arrive quicker. So please check your emails if you can.
