Welcome back!!

Next week we will be thinking about Diwali - the Festival of Light which is taking place on Wednesday 7^th November.  During the week we will be learning the story of Rama and Sita, we will be acting out and sequencing the story.  We will also be making Rangoli patterns with chalk and making diva candle holders using clay to take home. We will also be talking about bonfire night and how to stay safe. In maths this week we are going to be exploring partitioning leading up to addition and subtraction introduction. In phonics we are going to be finishing set 1 and learning the sounds w, th, ch, z. Parents are invited to our phonics lessons on Thursday and Friday from 9 – 9:30 am.
